Fresh. Unique.
Empowering.

"As new technology continues to impact our personal and professional lives, the importance of up-skilling our

human intelligence is vital to adaptability.

Perspective impacts how we think. How we think is how we decide. How we decide is how we build our lives.

- Callie Lasch, Founder, Creative Activation Learning Method

What is Creative Activation Learning?

The experience of creative engagement happens at a sensory level.

It shapes perspective which impacts life choices. Our most complex challenges require breakthrough thinking, which can be very elusive especially when we need it most.

Creative Activation Learning is a tool that empowers expansive thinking.  Not just what it is, but why it matters, and how to harness these skills for personal and professional advancement going forward.

Experiential learning through creative activation feeds an inner ecosystem that accelerates adaptability and change management. It offers a model for developing motivated, invested decision-making skills. Creative engagement can serve as a force for innovation, workforce transformation, and making the connections that shape the personal, community, and business decisions for next-level human impact.

Testimonials

"An amazing job."
               - Senior Director, Novo Nordisk
“New pathways, relationships and connections ... stepping stones on the path to innovation … and a more productive and fertile problem solving environment. Got people out of their seats in order to interact with the content: prioritize, sequence, edit bold challenges. The process can feel like play. Although don't confuse "play" with "not serious or important." In fact, we should employ these methodologies for our most important or challenging work.”

Director of Marketing, Merck Pharmaceutical

"Breakthrough"

“The group raved. The projects really made their event special.  They were also effusive about the event team.  They have planned events for over 20 years at a range of venues and felt this one was really on point.”

Morgan Lewis Law Firm

The workshop was designed to integrate the writings and philosophies of Dr. Daniel Kahneman, author of "Thinking Fast and Slow" and winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics. • NRG Energy Corp. – a group of 40 participants from around the country met to connect as a new team. The workshop challenged and explored habits of observation and its impact. An additional NRG group of 40 returned for a more immersive retreat involving a series of workshops that sequentially built upon and deepened the level of skills development.
